Vintage 2014 / damned... too young. Lots of minerals, but by no means an everyone’s friend. A bit difficult, as dry #cheninblanc can be. If you store this in the cellar, keep it there for a few years. Enjoyable as aperitive now. A bit stubborn, though. // Put half a bottle in the fridge with an anti oxydation stop... now 6 days later the wine shows a bit of its potential with some honey and friendlyness. Plus 0,1 in appreciation
