Standout. Velvety. Round and plush. Cannot believe the delectable troop are hovering around the 89 scale. I love this. Sweet, textured with a perfect balance. Wonderful for what was an average vintage... :0)

CV tasting Bordeaux 11/29/16. Nose of more mature leaves and earthy mushroom notes and hints of wood. Palate has soft tannins and some wood notes and finish is complex with tannic notes.
