Classic Beaujolais. In my opinion embodies a 'cheeky, little number'. Dark berries, red currents, light.

Does well, light throughout. Respectable bouquet with an early promise of depth ultimately unfulfilled. Sweet but vinegary.

A basic Fleurie but a decent one for the money. Bright, fresh crunchy fruit, decent weight and finish. A good quaffer.

Quite nice red, little bit of an after taste and also a tad vinegary wouldn't buy again in a rush but would try another type of fleurie for sure

Light and fruity, easy to drink, went well with lighter meat and the tomato and white bean Italian dish.
