Weak vintage yes but time in bottle has softened the austerity and gave way to a spicy and herbaceous Cab Franc that worked wonders at the table w/ roast chicken and arugula pesto. Some aldehydic notes in the background but nothing terribly offensive

Perfect accessible cab franc for little money. Great wine. Very complex, firm but not assertive tannins, what more can you want?

Great wine. Huge QPR. Needs 1-2 hrs of air then fruit and Loire terroir integrates with the fruit. Acid is very good so this inexpensive wine can last.

Very clean, cherry skins. Delicious cool weather Cab Franc. Excited to see how future vintages come out as the winery transitioned from bulk growing to organic practices in 2009.
