Aged 50% in stainless steel and 50% in old Burgundian barrels. Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and herb notes. On the palate flavors of green apple, pear and lime citrus with notes of pepper and herb spice. Medium+ finish, chalky, vivid acidity and ends with mineral spice. Nice!

Gorgeous. Orchard blossoms, lemon pith and herb tea. Lifts up and moves around the palate wonderfully and will complement so many foods. Decanting recommended.

Incredible value. Ripping acidity, Champagne levels of ph. Lemon, pear, herbal & floral aromas and very mineral-driven throughout. This will age beautifully.

Nose of tart pear, citrus, and banana, I think? Killer acidity, slightly oily texture. Straightforward, crisp, and likable.

15' has a touch more texture, but still ripping acid. More fruit opens up with time and more time. Overall well worth every penny.

2014. 100% Chenin. Jusr read on the back of the bottle to lay it down for 6 years. Oh well.

Lacked intensity and med complexity on nose. Just ripened yellow orchard fruit with citrus, flowers, and a ever so slight aroma of banana. Palate was linear with high acid. Medcomplexity. Lacked tension. Balanced. Slight oxidation note and pithiness. Short finish. Tasty and simple. #chateaudebreze #saumurblanc #cheninblanc #loirevalley #ctbucklinwine

Sweettarts and candy for lunch. Acid for days, where the oysters at?
