Second bottle tasting note - dramatically under ripe / tart fruit and a lack of developed flavors and aromas. The acid is so screaming high its as if the fruit needed a few more weeks of hang time. Loads of chalky (tuffeau) minerality tho. Not sure how to pair this with food or what audience would truly appreciate this wine from such a special place-but I have had much better whites from Breze

Amazing freshness, great acidity, no reduction, much cleaner than some other highly sought after allocated wines from the hill, everyone drools over. This may be the best representation of Brézé. I bought all of what is in Oregon.
