65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot. Dark purple color. Interesting aromas include red skinned applesauce, blackberry, violets and spices. Pallet is rich with flavors of black and red berries/currants, plum, dark chocolate, bramble, graphite and spices. Hints of mineral and oak on the lingering finish. Tannins are present and firm, but well integrated. Dense and complex. Excellent!

Really like this wine. Great blend of 70% cab and 30% Merlot. Decanted about 30 minutes before drinking. As other reviewers noted it has excellent tannins and acidity. It went well with the New York steak we paired it with. I am glad I waited till now to have it.
