Inte inte gott till en bit mogen comté. Frisk syra, nötter, ostkant, lite mineral. Underbar längd med fin komplexitet i finishen, och typisk kryddighet som drar mot det gula curryspektrumet.

Lovely red fruit explodes from the glass with hints of earth and forest floor. Silky with a racy backbone makes this a refreshing red to have without food.
