Happy Valentine’s Day! Cork was soaked from top to bottom but came out intact. Deep golden color. Complex nose of pears, apricots and honey. Great acidity. Long finish of caramel and ripe apricots. Delicious!

Orange golden color. Nose full of orange zest bitters. Mouth feeling great balance of some sweet on the background and plenty acids and bitters. Fresh and kickin!
Paired with foie gras perfectly.
