85% Merlot, 10% Cab, 5% cab franc

Enjoy the earthy nature of the wine. Medium to full body and nice tannins. Reminds me of older styles of St Emilion.

Medium ruby in color; blackberries, cassis, and graphite on the nose; medium acidity; high tannins; tastes like black cherries, black currants, and wet gravel with a long finish. Needs to decant. It was much better after an hour in the decanter. Nellie said it was ok. I like it.

Black raspberry, blackberry, the classic Sant Emilion pine — smooth, but with a good balancing acidity. Medium weight. Love it!
