Mellow and fruity. Merlot is very well done seems to me like its a good part of the blend. Just enough structure to make it a well-balanced wine.

An outstanding wine. Raspberries bouquet. Fruit, almost no tannin. Went perfect with fresh pasta and white truffles.

Beautifully complex nose of plum, black cherry, roasted coffee, earth and more. Mild and mellow with a bit of lingering acidity. Overall very well balanced. Just great.

Третье вино Шато Chasse-Spleen. "Жидкое" в цвете и очень посредственнее во вкусе. До аромата надо дотягиваться. Очень гастрономический вариант, не обращает на себя внимание.

A great wine at a really affordable price. I was a little concerned about the 2011 vintage, but it didn't have that edge that is usually found with this vintage.
