Delectable says this is a Riesling, but it's actually Chardonnay. It is, however quite simply the best ice wine I've ever had. Beautiful singing acidity with a touch of sweetness. Tropical fruits by the bushel, with passion fruit and tangerine on the top. Syrupy mouthfeel and a finish that could last for hours. Highly recommended. An easy 10/10.
