Leather with a hint of mushroom, pine cone, baked plum and cigar box aromas. Black and red currant inform an abundant palate of oak dust and cedar strip, wet cobblestone, dried rose petal, licorice extract, pencil shavings, eucalyptus, black, ripe plum skin, light pepper, and bitter cinnamon.

Still bright w fresh acidity tannins are soft an will mature. Finish is truncated but not abrupt. Raspberry & tobacco on the nose

Still very young and tannic. Oak and tobacco overpowers the dark fruit. Not opening the other bottle we have for another 10 years!

2010 gravely and lively when opened, smoothed out throughout the night and classic full mouthed Margaux. Excellent

Earth and alcohol on the nose, perfume hints on the pallet, mild tannins but definitely could benefit by aging longer. Decent second label left bank Bordeaux!

Still young. Read reviews which stated it was more California then classic Margeux. Probably needs to lay down longer. Estimate 2020. Also decant greater than one hour
