Yellow in color with a golden hue.

Interesting nose with ripe citrus fruits and spices.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with mild complexity.

Showing limes, lemons, apples, herbs and earth.

It's nice to see that this 7 year old French white wine is still drinking nicely. Tangy with a tart finish.

A little unbalanced and better with food.

A blend of Petit Courbu and Petit Manseng.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

88 points.

$20.

Vintage 2014 | quite a surprise, lovely: jasmin, flowers, good concentration and juicy.

The nose brims with orchard and tropical fruit layered with honeysuckle and fresh herbs. On the palate, the acidity remains crisp and lively, yet there’s a gentle creaminess that rounds the edges with quiet sophistication.

At year 8, this 70/30 Petit Courbu/Petit Manseng blend remains a thoughtful meditation in the glass fitting to its name.

2nd time tasting this wine, and it is as impressive as the first time. It has the aromatic brightness and tingling acidity of Albariño and the complexity and roundness of a lightly Oakes Chardonnay. Unique and delicious. For less than $15, wine can’t get any better than this.

Fragrant nose with peach, pineapple, orange peel, lime, honey, and chrysanthemum. Medium to full body. Vibrant and intense, soften by creamy texture which is surprising given that this did not see any oaks. Hint of sweetness but dry. Great winemaking.
