Forrest in autumn. Tastes well now but can be kept in the cellar. Comforting wine, says my Love. Personally I admire its stubborness. Paired with charcuterie.

Dark, glass-clinging garnet purple hue. Black fruit and meaty leather on the nose and palate. Firm tannins even with a run through the aerator, and medium plus acidity. Not as monstrous as the Bouss can be, but then it's seen nearly seven years.
