Deep purple color, Intense, expensive nose of red cherries, blackberries, toast and licorice. Riche and concentrated in the mouth with silky tannins and a nice long finish. To me, this is an underrated wine on this site. It recently received 91 pts from a renowned reviewer and in my mind it is worth every point. When you combine the price point, the wonderful blend, and the expressive nose of dark berries and cherries, you’ll find a Bordeaux that goes well with red meats, pork loin, lamb, turkey, and hard cheeses. The finish lingers pleasantly and end each swallow with a desire for “just one more please!”
