Deep, amber colour. Clean and pronounced aromas of stewed apricot, caramel, fig, linden flower and golden raisin. Palette follows with raisins, a subtle nuttiness with a superb balance of sugar and acid. Would be fantastic if paired with creme brûlée! #cheninblanc #loirevalley
