Apr 6th, 2018Superior Premier Grand Cru from St Emilion. Black Cherry and Cedar notes on the nose. Lasting dark fruit and fig with nice tannin structure on the finish. This one can sit for 10 more!

Dec 25th, 2017True to 2010 Bordeaux form, the Beau-Sejour is showing dry dark black fruits, juicy blue fruit, star anise, asian spice, leather, lead pencil shavings, a tarry quality, strong oak but it's softened some. There is a sweet black fruit liqueur the comes out on the mid plate leading into the finish. This wine will be sensational but it will require patience. It's a 20 plus year wine if you want to enjoy it for all it will offer.
