Might be confused for Napa, if it weren't for the deft hand in the new oak usage. Ripe, ready and delicious.

Jul 8th, 2015Very pretty nose.. Sweet strawberry cream and vanilla roar from the glass with accents of black cherry. Powerful on the attack with restrained fruit after a couple hours decanting. Cherry pit, oak, and black plum dominate. Nice but it needs more time to integrate. On day two, sour cherry and graphite evolve with a biting acidity.. With time this will be great.

Powerful nose. Rich perfumed fruit, and alluring vanilla and earth notes. Showing exceptionally well at this age.
