Rich yet delicate, with plenty of juicy minerals and chalky intrigue within a subtle wooden framing. 2009 base

Vintage 2010. Bottled 7/2011. Disgorged 3/2016. Like a big broad blade... volume, size and breadth but with a fine, defined edge. Hints of citrus marmalade, lightly toasted sourdough toast touched by salted French butter... deft, balanced, and on point. Yum!

A single vineyard Champagne made entirely of Chardonnay from a 1 hectare site. 2 grams/L of dosage and disgorged in October 2014 after 4 years of bottle aging on lees (bottled July 2010).

Tension & power, linear, bright, fresh...still arching up strong, so its still young. That is the fabulous 2008 Champagne vintage represented well here. On that note as awesome as it is now, wait another 2+ years up to 10-12, maybe more.

2009, Disgorged June '16, funnily enough a little leaner than the previous release, possibly due to the age, but not screaming '09. Has the classic mineral backbone, with rolled oats, lime sherbet & a great acid structure to round it all off, outstanding wine.
