Full, rich nose.. Young but forward.and floral. Initially dark fresh cherry on the palate... Gave way to a light prune, hint of raisin with an underlying light herbal taste in the finish. First time with this wine, won't be the last. Enjoyed with tenderloin of beef and stir fried mushrooms in butter and shallots, roasted acorn squash , and honey roasted carrots.
