Dark cassis; blackberries, blueberries, black plum, star anise, baking spices, caramel, lots of minerality. Surprisingly, soft and elegant for such a young Cabernet.

Drinking the 2011 in late 2018. Deep intense dense purple color. Lots of legs on the glass with long lasting tears. Bouquet is full of raspberry, blackberry and strawberry with a light earthy hint. Low tannins with a very smooth finish. Well balanced with berry flavors and an earthy finish. Overall flavor was lighter then I expected. Flavors remain smooth in the mouth thru the finish. Very nice wine!
