Nabbed this from the wonderful wine cellar at the Waterwheel Restaurant at the Inn at Gristmill Square in Warm Springs, VA. A hidden gem of a place with a hidden gem of a wine collection.
It took a while to open up even after decanting, but when it did, the bouquet was elegant yet strong. Pomogranate and earth throughout! Heavenly with the house made bolognese
