Good at 55 degrees, but even better at 40! Nose of strawberries, brie, walnut, sourdough bread. Enters with small bubbles, crisp, acidity in check. Crisp red apple, strawberries, hint of young raspberry. Finishes with more rounded edges and creamier notes -- strawberry sorbet! I would have never guessed that this was an 06 Vintage Rose. I think this one has a whole LOT of life left in it and will keep all the other bottles in the back! Went insanely well with a pastrami sandwich with coleslaw and bacon!
