A very nice vintage champagne. A bit low on the acid, but the mid palate really expresses a ton of yeast and subtle white fruit. Beautiful aromatics as well.

2004 vintage. Much better second bottle. Fine and elegant. Good acidity. Nice length. Very good.

Charles Heidseick 2005 vintage. Rich nose of brioche and dough, with some savoury yeast notes. Roast almonds on the palate. Slightly ox'ed? Might be faulty bottle.
