Crisp, tight structure w/o being oppressive. Amazingly bright apple, mellow yeast and a hint of subtle peach or nectarine. Yum!

Charles Ellner Qualite Extra Brut. Bread dough and apple on the nose. Great mouthfeel of tart apple, citrus, fresh baked sourdough bread, also like a fresh cherry taste, long tart/dry finish that lingers for minutes. Lovely. Amazing label too!
