Great citrus and maybe a hint of green apple on the nose. Smooth with just enough acid to cute through the gravy and pair with the turkey. Not a big champs drinker but for the price this is something g just to have around.

From magnum with Jean-Remy Rapenau at the Ordere Coteaux Champenois dinner. This was showing its Pinot side during the aperitif, with lots of savory cherry.

NV. Pale gold. On the nose, it's a nice aroma of apples and raw bread dough. Like an unbaked apple pastry. Very yeasty! Crisp and a long yellow apple finish. These flavors came out after about 15-20m of opening. A really pleasant negociant champagne with enough complexity to keep you interested. 12% ABV.

Nicely paired with Korean fried chicken. Bready, yeasty, lemony and cut right through the fat.
