Nice cream and brioche. Off dry, crisp, red apple, bit of ginger, short on fruit but decent concentration. Getting lemon head candy and more ginger..interesting

It's crisp and refreshing, but it's also odd in a way. While it's certainly not dry, it lacks much in the way of fruit.
Some very lite citrus notes, but not much else. Feel free to pair it with bold or spicy dishes. You won't miss much.
