Decanted for 4 hours. Black fruits, jammy, tightly integrated with long finish. Nose of mushrooms and earth that pronounces itself upon tasting as well. Paired with stuffed quail.

Inky purple in the glass. Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cassis, cedar, and violets. Big, juicy, dark fruit on the palate with ripe tannins although a little hot. Blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Malbec, and 10% Petit Verdot.

You'd swear this was a Premier Cru Class A Right Bank. Great structure with dark currants, luscious mid-palette and a strong acidic finish. Needs more time but boy what a great wine.
