Grower Collection One Block El Novillero Vineyard Chardonnay

Butter, oak, and some mineral. Crisper than usual for Chardonnay.

I think it might need a little longer? Under ripe pear and oak. I liked last year’s better.

Crisp acidity and oak with limestone and lemon. Nothing harsh but big flavors and good structure. Delicious to drink on its own but will do right by your food.
