Beautiful apricot colored, skin fermented white with perfectly balanced touches of oak & perfumed apricot aromas. Delicious, well-balanced acidity an excellent wine to pair with bitter and gamey foods. Think roasted brussels sprouts and duck.

Mar 12th, 2015Golden amber color. Aromas of apricot & browning apple skin. Considerably more tannic than one might expect, so don't chill for more than 10 or 15 minutes. Delicious acidity & a finish reminiscent of baked peach with a snappy minerality.
