Beautiful apricot colored, skin fermented white with perfectly balanced touches of oak & perfumed apricot aromas. Delicious, well-balanced acidity an excellent wine to pair with bitter and gamey foods. Think roasted brussels sprouts and duck.

Peculiar aroma that made me wonder if there were mold issues at harvest. This one needs revisiting.

Beautiful, balanced, rich but light, Long Island exploration of something entirely different. Why not? It’s a great wine.

One of my favorite white wine varietals. Channing does a spectacular job with this wine out of New York.

Light touch with skin contact (14 days), loads of charm and aromatics.

Golden amber color. Aromas of apricot & browning apple skin. Considerably more tannic than one might expect, so don't chill for more than 10 or 15 minutes. Delicious acidity & a finish reminiscent of baked peach with a snappy minerality.
