This wine is wild! White/orange blend with 32% Pinot Grigio, 29% Chardonnay, 14% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Muscat Ottonel, 8% Gewurztraminer, and 7% Tocai Friulano. Some of the grapes see skin contact. We had it with falafel, and it was great. I think you could serve this with any kind of Middle Eastern food.

From one of the most ambitious estates anywhere. Co-planted white field blend, some varietals seeing skin contact but nothing orange about this. Floral, racy, waxy and oily. Endless experimentation in the Hamptons. #swc

At first taste, couldn’t decide between sauv blanc and pino Grigio. That’s because it’s both, plus Chardonnay. Really enjoy this wine. Complex and stays on the palate long after taste.
