I had this with a Greek avgolemono soup (chicken, lemon and egg). It held up well to the high-acidity of the very strong lemon in the soup.

Much fruit up front. Acidity shows up a bit later, not enough, for my taste. Body takes over, needs a bit more 'brightness'. King Salmon with the Markells.
