A new (to me) maison located in Vertus. The wine pours light straw in color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, bright lemons and white peach. On the palate, the fruit is confirmed and accompanied by chalky minerals. Long and very refreshing. 2008 vintage is certainly on display here. Zippy. I dig it! But I’m a sucker for 2008.
