My dad notes that Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs carry a distinct “cat piss” sourness, and while he’s not wrong - he’s actually been pro-tasting and selling wine for 4+ decades - I tend to enjoy that flavor. NOT HERE. Too heavy handed, not enjoyable at all. I made a spritzer and dumped in elderflower liqueur. It’s sort of bearable now.
