Dec 7th, 2014Deliciously deep black currant, tar, black pepper, all coming together perfectly. Recommend decanting for 45 - 60 minutes for ultimate flavors, but certainly drinkable upon opening . I think best with BBQ beef & pork , or braised dishes .
