Simple and refreshing pet nat. Definitely get that beer/yeasty quality. It’s not champagne. It’s for a bbq or picnic. I find it enjoyable.

Meyer lemon curd and frothy bubbles. Simple, but refreshing. "Tinc Set" apparently means "I'm thirsty" in Catalan.

Fizzy and funky, a nice bubbly to pair with fried and spicy food. Makes perfect sense that it’s on the wine list of Night + Market Sahm in Venice—funky wine meets funky Thai food.
