Typical pinot noir almost transparent red color. Very long mineral, smoked, ash on smell. High acidity, well balanced, warm on mouth. Some salty hints. A very good surprise. 23€ in Vielha, Aran Valley, Northeast of Spain. It paired very good with calçots.
