Clos des Montaigus Mercurey 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Tonight we are having this Burgundy. The color is a bright ruby red. The aromas are giving me lots of red fruit and cherries. We have a fresh mouth feel with lots of strawberries, red raspberries, hints of spice and minerality.

なんかのセットに入っていたブルゴーニュ。よく考えずに開けたがやたらと香りが立つ。まだ若いが、酸と甘味、上品なタンニンのバランスもよろしい。飲みながら調べたら5千円くらいするやつだった。もっと寝かせるべきだったな。スーパーのヒレカツなんかと合わせてごめんなさい。💦
