Ok balance with pleasant lively acidity, medium finish ending with mineral and fruit character. Pair this with a blackened fish dish.

Super tasty! Quite astringent paired well with our food,. Very tropical distinct pineapple note. Lightly floral and lemony. Very bright, acidic with just enough tannins to balance it. Dinner was garlic shrimp, Pan con tomate, Strawberry and balsalmic salad.
