Totally new to me...but a magnificent discovery.
Bright fruit, jewel-like mousse and a gently toasty finish...fairly dry with steely, zesty finish. Lovely wine! #champagne #blancdeblancs #cedricbouchard

Nose is quite rich with pear, quince and lemon peel fruit notes wrapped with spice and yeast accents. The wine is quite full with mature fruit notes. This is a June 2010 disgorgement that was perfectly stored.
