This wine has a light yellow color and I can tell by the first swirl it is very viscous almost syrup like. Just by that alone tells me it should be sweet. The nose has that sweetness with big fruit, apricot, candy orange slices and other citrus notes with some minerality. On the first sip it coats the palate with those citrus notes, good acidity, higher on the sweet side as I thought. Kind of has what I would imagine a Sauternes would be like and definitely has the Ice Wine thing going but a little less sweet. Not bad if you like all that sweetness.
