Ample dark fruits with a light touch of spice; nothing about it comes across fake or confected. Really impressive QPR at $8.99.

Rustic. Damp soil, truffle, black pepper. Plum, black cherry, cranberry. Leather. Acid and minerals in the finish. Would not be my go-to bottle, but $7.99 @ trader joes is pure theft.

A nice surprise. While the wine presents is very fruity, it also has some structure even without any noticeable tannins. It has an absolutely gorgeous nose. I think it works pretty well with Italian foods like eggplant parmesan or baked ziti.

2014 vintage - dried cherries, plum. Great wine for $7. #traderjoes

nice wine, don't love merlot so that may be the issue. easy school night wine. paired with chicken sausage/in arribbiata sauce with spaghetti squash nicely.

3/5 when I first opened it, 4/5 a few days later. Don’t know what happened after opening it but this settled down significantly. I taste oak barrel aging and a lot of grape. I really enjoyed.

Nice wine. Don't remember much other than enjoyed it. Medium bodied most likely.

A little sweet, smooth, raisiny, a little smokey, a little woody aftertaste.

Damp, dark fruit on the nose, jammy yet light. A pleasant uptick of spice on the finish. Great #traderjoes value bottle!
