Nice dark color. Nose is rich and spicy. Smells good. Flavor is deep with cheerful-cherry and some minty, sage-y stuff. Balanced and fairly smooth. Nice finish.

Rich red fruits on the pallet with notes cocoa and and vanilla on the nose. This Merlot is “big” enough to tame any grilled meat but is refined enough to enjoy on its own.

Wine guy insisted I like Merlots (ehhh), but this was pretty good. Not a sweet one which was nice. Went well with the hearty pasta as it says
