Hard to find Alsace for under 20!
Smells of honey dipped flowers,
This is a lovely, aromatic, floral, wine that stays true to its Gewurz nature - lychee, ginger, honey, medium bodied with the weight felt. Crystallized ginger keeps re occurring and I welcome it with open arms.
zippy-de-do-dah tannins and acid play for keeps, spilling out every now and then and felt on the lips.
Delicious.

Surprisingly sweet with honey, lychee, ginger, honeysuckle, and succulent peach. Quite marvelous Alsace deliciousness. Went with my chicken tikka masala very well. Sweet matched the spices. A slight bit of that Gewürtz pepperiness at the end but only noticeable after it’s opened up a bit.

A beautiful evening with the ladies and a nice wine to boot...pear honeysuckle white flowers to the nose. Pear apricot and crushed rock to the palate. Slight spice and bitterness to the back end. Med finish...nice acidity.

Interesting melon flavours and quite nice for its type. A bit too sweet for me but recommended if that's your thing.
