Paired with duck, and happy about it. I enjoyed it, but, to be fair, the styling of the wine making is just not to my taste. It’s well balanced; however, it’s a bit thin and more acidic than I want it to be. Good wine... for someone else.

Very light tasting. Almost too light tasting. Not very flavourful, especially for a Pinot noir. Very easy drinking though.
