Les Peyrières Rasteau Red Rhone Blend

Lots of spice and oak on the nose. More complex than the typical Rhone or village. Long 45 second finish with cedar and mulch. Nice control of acid and heat. Went great with Pizza!

Tasty great affordable wine.

Solid wine. Typical Rasteau, rocks and berries.

Translucent garnet.
Red currants, blackberry, light baking spice.
Light start, fruity to bitter, to chalky tannins with some significant acidity.
Needs fatty meat.

Such a versatile drink depending on what you’re pairing it with. The earthiness shows through as well as the acidity.

Loyal sipper and table wine. Slight spice. Medium/light body but black pepper and mustard seed carry it through. Winter or summer red

1/2022. Good medium bodied Rhône. Medium purple color and feels nice on the palate.

Really nice blend!

Oaky and lots of big ripe berries.
