Mango, honey, brioche on the nose. Botrytis in there ! Acid driven sweet palate with mango on the sides. Very long finish with a fresh aftertaste of passion fruit. Very nice pairing with wonderful strawberry mille-feuilles straight from the pâtisserie around the corner. Winning dessert
