Vintage 2017 / Served this with a baked apple... much too light, not a good idea. This is a aperitif Jurancon, simple and middle of the road. Not my type unfortunately.

Apricot and honey. Botrytis all over. The palate is still going hard with a strong acid backbone and a dense, thick matter. Sweet touch on the sides, very long finish with honey and apricot. I have had worse sauternes
