Acidic and with some gritty tannins, but also with a healthy amount of fresh and dried flowers, Kirschwässer, strawberry liqueur, and grapefruit pith. A great intro to Nebbiolo, with many of the more complex characteristics one would hope for in such a wine while still being full of fruit and ready to drink within 20-30 minutes.
